CROSSWALKS Sea View Parkway has been repaved, all crosswalks have been freshly remarked and painted, and a new all-way stop sign has been installed at the intersection of Aughinbaugh and Sea View Parkway. These improvements are intended to increase driver awareness of the many walkers, runners, and cyclists who use the Parkway and access the shoreline. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact Management at SEA@harborbay.org or by calling 510-865-3363, ext. 352. Woodbridge by Diana Torres, Association Manager G ETTING INVOLVED IN YOUR COMMUNITY IS ONE OF the most rewarding ways to make a difference, and serving on the Woodbridge Board of Directors is a great place to start. Board members help guide decisions that shape our neighborhood, maintain our shared spaces, and enhance the overall quality of life for all residents. Whether attending meetings, sharing your ideas, or contributing your experience, your participation can have a meaningful impact on the future of Woodbridge. This update also includes reminders about landscaping maintenance, parking guidelines, and recent improvements in our parks—simple actions that help keep our community looking its best. BOARD OF DIRECTORS Board meetings are held bi-monthly on the fourth Thursday of each month, and homeowners are always encouraged to attend to stay informed about community matters. These meetings offer a valuable opportunity to learn about current projects, provide input, and connect with neighbors who are helping support the Woodbridge community. The Woodbridge Annual Meeting is scheduled for April 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM. This meeting is an important time for homeowners to receive updates, participate in discussions, and learn more about the association’s direction. Although the deadline to submit candidacy forms for the upcoming election has passed, homeowners may still submit a candidate statement for Board review. After the Board’s consideration, qualified candidates may be appointed at the meeting following the Annual Meeting.

Thank you for your cooperation and involvement. Pelican Bay looks forward to a year filled with improvements, fresh updates, and continued community pride. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your association manager. Seastrand by Diana Torres, Association Manager S PRING IS HERE, AND THE SEASTRAND COMMUNITY is buzzing with activity! In this update, we share important news on new roofing guidelines, plans for our aging retaining wall, spring landscaping tips, and recent safety improvements along Sea View Parkway. As always, we encourage homeowners to stay involved, keep up with maintenance, and enjoy all that our beautiful shoreline neighborhood has to offer. NEW ROOFING GUIDELINES The Board has approved new roofing guidelines that allow both asphalt composite and tile shingles. Moving forward, these types of shingles are highly recommended as replacements for the original cedar wood shingles. RETAINING WALL We are continuing to build our Reserve account to fund the replacement of our 35+ year-old retaining wall that borders and supports the backyards facing the estuary. We anticipate having sufficient funds to begin the project in Spring/Summer 2027 without requiring any additional assessments from homeowners. Thank you to all homeowners for your continued commitment to this important project. LANDSCAPING Spring is the perfect time to get outdoors and refresh your yard! Seastrand homes are unique in that both front and back yards are highly visible, especially from the shoreline path behind the homes. Homeowners are encouraged to use this opportunity to remove weeds and clear any overgrowth along the wrought iron fencing bordering the rear yards. Additionally, when performing exterior maintenance or repairs in either the front or back yard, please follow the architectural guidelines by keeping these areas tidy and minimizing the storage of construction materials whenever possible.
