LANDSCAPING We want to remind homeowners to keep all landscape areas in good condition. This includes removing weeds, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and trimming as needed to maintain a tidy and attractive appearance. Grass and weeds in the front, rear, or side yards should not exceed five inches in height, and trees or shrubs visible to neighbors, common areas, or public spaces should be healthy and well-maintained. Keeping your landscaping neat not only enhances your own home, but also helps preserve the beauty and pride of the entire Woodbridge community. USE DRIVEWAYS WHENEVER POSSIBLE If you have a driveway, we encourage you to use it as your primary parking space. This helps free up street parking for visitors and neighbors who may not have the same option. Additionally, for vehicles that are not used regularly, please consider parking them in areas with more available space rather than on the more crowded streets. This helps keep our neighborhood safe, accessible, and convenient for everyone.

We strongly encourage all homeowners to consider getting involved. Serving on the Board is a rewarding way to contribute to the future of our community and help ensure Woodbridge continues to be a great place to live. DUBLIN PARK The table tops and seats were all replaced at Dublin Park. Come by and see!
