Bayview Harbor by Diana Torres, Association Manager B AYVIEW HARBOR HAS AN ANNUAL MEETING ON March 11, 2026 to elect its 2026-2027 Board members. Although the deadline for candidacy submission has passed, you may submit a candidate statement for review, and after Board consideration, you may be appointed at the meeting following the Annual. So please greatly consider getting involved. Regular board meetings are held quarterly on the second Wednesday of the month at 8:30 AM. The Bayview Harbor Board is actively evaluating current landscape and as part of their ongoing environmental and landscaping goals. The Board is considering a phased conversion of all currently turfed curb strips to drought tolerant plantings by the year 2029. In addition, the Board is reviewing plans to revamp the curb strips that have already been converted within Bayview Harbor to ensure consistency, improved plant performance, and overall aesthetic enhancement. With that being said, you will be receiving a notice regarding said plans. Please ensure you submit your comments, questions, or suggestions to Management at BVH@harborbay.org by Friday, May 1, 2026. Lastly, the Bayview Harbor Paint Palette Committee continues to dedicate time and effort to updating the paint color schemes for Bayview Harbor. The new palette options are expected to be ready for 28-day comment period by end of spring, and we would like to thank the committee members for their hard work and commitment.
MAINTENANCE CONCERNS If you observe a maintenance issue anywhere within the community — whether related to roofing activity or general upkeep — please notify Management as soon as possible. Early reporting allows us to address concerns quickly and helps preserve the appearance and function of Bay Colony. ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW REMINDERS As a reminder, all exterior modifications require an architectural application before work begins. This includes paint, lighting, balcony items, or improvements to exterior surfaces, including backyard. Applications may be submitted at harborbay.org/archapp and help ensure consistency and compliance across the community. GET INVOLVED IN 2026 Bay Colony thrives when residents engage and participate. If you have interest in joining a committee — such as architecture, landscaping, or maintenance — or if you’d like to volunteer your time in another way, we welcome you to reach out. Participation is a meaningful way to stay connected and support your community.
