Centre Court by Nicelle Delos Reyes, Association Manager A season ahead. Whether you’re enjoying a walk through the neighborhood, greeting neighbors from your patio, or taking in the seasonal decorations, we hope you find time to savor the simple joys of community this time of year. RESPECTING OUR SHARED SPACES Our community furniture — benches, tables, and other outdoor features — are here for everyone to enjoy. Please treat them with care and leave the spaces around them tidy for the next neighbor. A little respect helps keep these shared comforts in good condition and welcoming for all. REPORT MAINTENANCE ISSUES PROMPTLY If you see something that needs repair, whether in the common areas or near your unit, please let Management know right away. Quick reporting prevents small problems from becoming larger ones and helps keep Centre Court As a reminder, any exterior modifications or additions — from paint colors to patio improvements — require an architectural application before work begins. Submitting an application through harborbay.org is a quick process and ensures that updates meet community guidelines. Thank you for helping us keep Centre Court consistent and beautiful. SEASONAL REMINDERS With the holidays around the corner, we love seeing the community decorated with festive cheer. Please remember to use only exterior-safe decorations and avoid attaching items in ways that may damage siding, trim, or fences. And as always, be considerate of neighbors with lights or music. BOARD MEETINGS The Centre Court Board of Directors meets the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. You can join in person at the Community Center (3195 Mecartney Road) or attend remotely via RingCentral. For agendas, links, or schedule updates, visit harborbay.org/calendar. Participants learn skills that will enable them to provide emergency assistance to their families and neighbors. For more information, go to alamedaca.gov/Departments/ Fire-Department/Alameda-CERT. Here is a photo of board members at the NNO event.

Our newly revived Neighborhood Picnic occurred on September 27th, likely with lots of food, fun and friends. If you attended, we hope you enjoyed it and if you did not, we hope to see you next year. School is back in session so please be especially aware of bicycles and pedestrians; slow down and give them the space and time they need to make their way. We have posted a new speed limit sign as you enter Cantamar, on Ratto Road, as a reminder to residents and visitors. Halloween is on a Friday this year - we hope to see lots of trick or treaters and decorations. There is a house decorating contest in Alameda this year - check out alamedahaunts.org. But who can compete with Greg and his amazing display at 4 Parodi?!? The sewer lateral project is 2/3 of the way complete and on budget. We worked with the contractor to address some concerns raised during the first phase including
