Bay Colony monthly Board of Directors meetings to stay up-to-date on current events. Bay Isle Pointe by Andrea Godoy, Association Manager W E'RE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE SOME EXCITING developments that will further enhance our community's parks! The Board has been diligently working on plans to upgrade the lighting infrastructure across our beloved green spaces, ensuring safety, accessibility, and a welcoming atmosphere for all residents to enjoy, day or night. Good lighting in our parks is more than just a matter of aesthetics. It significantly contributes to the safety and security of our community members. Well-lit areas deter vandalism and illicit activities, making the parks safer for families, children, and individuals enjoying outdoor activities after sundown. Additionally, proper illumination promotes a sense of inclusivity, allowing residents of all ages to utilize the parks for evening strolls, social gatherings, or simply relaxing under the stars. The Board has been meticulously planning the lighting enhancements to ensure they complement the natural beauty of our parks while providing optimal visibility and safety. Here's a glimpse of what you can expect: • Improved Recreation Areas Lighting: Whether it’s just a day in the park or a family picnic, well-lit recreation areas will extend the hours of enjoyment for all park visitors. • Energy-Efficient Solutions: In line with our commitment to sustainability, the Board is exploring energy-efficient lighting solutions such as solar fixtures, which not only reduce electricity costs but also minimize our environmental footprint. Your feedback is invaluable to us. As we proceed with the lighting upgrades, we encourage homeowners to share their thoughts and suggestions to ensure the final implementation meets the diverse needs of our community. We extend our gratitude to all for their continued support and enthusiasm for enhancing our community spaces. Together, we're creating a brighter, safer, and more
