Keeping your landscaping neat not only enhances your own home, but also supports the beauty and pride of the entire community. We also want to remind everyone that both front and rear yards must be covered with an appropriate amount of live plant materials and lawn. Hardscape features— such as patios, walkways, decks, artificial turf, and other non-living materials—may not exceed 30% of the total front yard area or 65% of the total rear yard area. These guidelines help ensure that our neighborhood maintains its warm, green, and welcoming character. As the rain continues to give our lawns a boost, this is a great time to refresh your yard, fill in any patchy areas, trim overgrown plants, and enjoy the benefits of the season. With the rainy season now upon us, it’s also a perfect time to take advantage of the free water nature provides and give your lawns and landscaping the extra attention they need to stay healthy and attractive. This is one of the best times of year to refresh your yard, encourage new growth, and get ahead of spring maintenance. We want to gently remind homeowners that all landscape areas must be kept in good condition. This includes removing weeds, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and trimming as needed to maintain an attractive appearance. Grass and weeds in the front, rear, or side yards should not be allowed to grow taller than five inches, and trees
