The Gull's Call - Jan/Feb/Mar 2026
AssociationNews Bay Colony by Nicelle Delos Reyes, Association Manager A this neighborhood feel like home. Thank you for your ongoing cooperation and patience as we make meaningful improvements to our community. ROOFING PROJECT: CONTINUING INTO THE NEW YEAR The community roofing project remains underway, and we appreciate the understanding and flexibility shown by all residents. As a reminder, all communication regarding the roofing work should be directed to Management at BYC@harborbay.org — not the roofing crew. This helps prevent miscommunication, keeps project details clear, and ensures that issues are handled efficiently. If your building is scheduled for work in the coming weeks, please remove any exterior decorations, lights, planter hooks, or items attached to walls or balconies prior to your start date. This protects your belongings and allows the crew to work safely and efficiently. If you notice debris, loose nails, or any concerns near active work areas, please report them to Management promptly so we can coordinate clean-up or follow-up with the contractor. PROTECTING LANDSCAPED AREAS Contractors continue to move equipment and materials throughout the community, which means certain landscaped areas may experience higher foot traffic. The Board and Management are working to minimize impacts and will continue refreshing mulch and monitoring irrigation lines as needed throughout the project. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we balance long term improvements with short-term disruptions. MAINTENANCE CONCERNS If you observe a maintenance issue anywhere within the community — whether related to roofing activity or general upkeep — please notify Management as soon as possible. Early reporting allows us to address concerns quickly and helps preserve the appearance and function of Bay Colony. S WE WELCOME A NEW YEAR, COOLER MORNINGS, quiet evenings, and the renewed energy of January are a wonderful reminder of what makes
