HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM HARBOR POINTE! Now the holidays are approaching once again and your board and manager, Sami Soogian, wishes you a joyful, peaceful and enjoyable season. Headlands by Barbara Curtis T HE ANNUAL HEADLAND BLOCK PARTY WAS A BIG success. Gonsalves Court transformed into the ultimate neighborhood block party on the final Sunday of August as families across Creedon Circle and both courts gathered for an unforgettable afternoon. Energy stayed high all day with a packed lineup of entertainment: • For the Kids: Two giant bounce houses, custom creations from Michelle the balloon artist, and
crowd-favorite beats from DJ Jacob kept the young ones celebrating all afternoon. • For the Adults: Harbor Bay Club masseuses Ed and Dolly set up shop to deliver rejuvenating 10-minute massages, giving parents a well-deserved break. • The Feast: Neighbors dined on a lavish spread featuring vibrant Chinese dishes from Genghis Khan on Park Street alongside a tender, full roasted pig from New Sang Chong Market. • Sweet Finish: Right on cue, the Mister Softee ice cream truck rolled in to serve up nostalgic frozen treats under perfect sunny skies. Beyond the food and festivities, the party was a welcome chance for long-time friends to reconnect and new residents to feel right at home. A special thank you goes to the Headlands Homeowners Association and the HOA Board for continuing to sponsor this cherished neighborhood tradition. Get ready—next year marks the monumental 30th Annual Headlands Block Party in 2027!
