READING CC&Rs When we purchased our homes, we were provided with a copy of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) for Harbor Bay Isle, as well as those for Clipper Cove. If you haven’t read them in a while, you may want to refamiliarize yourself with them (they are available on the Member's Only Portal at harborbay.org). We also receive an annual packet that includes: the CHBIOA Annual Financial Review, Annual Disclosures, as well as, the Clipper Cove Annual Financial Disclosures, current Policies, Architectural Guidelines and a few other documents. These documents are very helpful when you are planning updates to your property, or have questions pertaining to your responsibilities versus those of the HOA. CRANE COURT PLAY STRUCTURE The Board is considering replacing the aging play structure at the end of Crane Court. Have ideas for a new structure or want to join the committee? BOARD MEETINGS (Note time change) The Clipper Cove Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of each month (except August and December) from 4:30 to 7:00 PM.
