A shout out to Paul Schultz, C&D Irrigation Resource Manager, for answering a myriad of questions from our group and providing useful information about the controller’s operations. Here’s a photo of Paul entering data specific for our site into our new controller.

We also had street resurfacing on the north side (next year it’s the south side), with heavy machinery rumbling over the streets, scraping surfaces and putting down asphalt, followed by a road compactor finishing the job. In August, we had workmen in hard hats and neon yellow vests removing dry rot boards from units then cutting and nailing up new ones, all necessary prep work before half of the units are repainted with updated colors. After all those necessary disruptions, it’s now time to enjoy the coziness of Autumn – rustling leaves, hot cocoa, pumpkin pie, Halloween decorations, early evening amber sunsets, and Thanksgiving feasts. MAJOR PROJECTS COMPLETED It’s been a noisy couple of years in the ‘hood with lots of work being completed. Even some of the cawing crows temporarily left the scene! For many months we had workmen burrowing holes like prairie dogs to locate and repair the EBMUD-mandated sewer laterals and manholes.

Pool Trespassing = ARREST Reminder:

The Community ’ s pools at Costa Brava, Baywood Village, Brittany Landing - The Bay, and Brittany Landing - The Harbor are all private and for the exclusive use of the respective project association ’ s residents and their guests only. All non - residents and non - guests will be subject to arrest and prosecution. Residents must be in possession of their assigned pool key/fob when at the pool. This serves as proof of residency. Residents shall not lend out pool keys/fobs as they will be subject to confiscation by Security if a guest not accompanied by a resident is found in possession of one.
