MAINTENANCE You may have noticed a change at the park at the far end of Ratto Road - due to insect activity, it was necessary to cut down the willow tree. A new maple tree has been planted in its place. GENERAL REMINDERS Our Association Manager would like to remind you of the following: Garbage/recycling containers - According to the Cantamar CC&Rs, "Garbage or recycling containers may be left at the street curb for pickup on the day scheduled in the area by the City. Parking over sidewalks - According to the Cantamar CC&Rs, "No Owner of a Lot shall park, store, or keep any vehicle in the Project except wholly within the Garage. there shall be no long-term parking in driveways as de fined and regulated by the Project Rules". Vehicles block ing the sidewalk may be cited or towed at the owner's expense. Remember the planter beds near the curbs, on one side of Ratto and one side of the street in each of the cul-du sacs, are community property, so please do not plant in those planter beds.
