NEW BLB GULL’S CALL FEATURE For residents who offer special services to residents or do volunteer work with non-profits, we offer a short blurb in our BLB Association News to highlight your work. Just send short, descriptive information and a photo (if de sired) to BLB@harborbay.org and it will be forwarded to me. Our limit is two postings per quarterly publication.

inconveniences during the duration of the project, which will take at least 6 months. Also, residents will be advised of any actions they need to take as the work progresses. All questions or concerns during this project should be addressed to our Association Manager, BLB@harborbay. org. Please do not address any questions directly with the workmen nor give them any instructions. Thanks to all the homeowners, our Special Assessment funds are in place to pay for the sewer lateral improve ments and the funds are currently invested at over 5% earnings until they need to be paid out on the project. POOL NEWS In August spiffy new pool furniture was added to the pool area. Thanks go out to our volunteers – Kathy Fricke, Jennifer Beibesheimer and Dee Vance for researching options and making recommendations to the Board, and to Holly and Alan for the unenviable task of unpacking and setting up the furniture. VIOLATIONS OF BYLAWS AND CC&Rs You know you live in an HOA when you get your first courtesy letter. If you receive one, please work with our Association Manager to correct the violation to avoid an appearance before the Board and possible fines.
