The Gull's Call - Jul/Aug/Sep 2026
AssociationNews Centre Court by Shenandoah Lush, Association Manager S Whether you're spending time outdoors, connecting with neighbors, or simply enjoying the warm afternoons from your patio, we hope you're making the most of these summer months. PRIVATE SEWER LATERAL PROJECT NEARING COMPLETION The Private Sewer Lateral (PSL) project is now winding down, and the Board would like to extend our sincere thanks to all homeowners for their patience, flexibility, and understanding throughout this mandatory, yet vital maintenance. The improvements made through this project will help protect and maintain our infrastructure for years to come. Should you have any lingering concerns related to the PSL work, please contact Management at 510-865-3363 or email cct@harborbay.org. HELP US PROTECT OUR LANDSCAPING As temperatures rise and irrigation systems work harder throughout the summer, we ask residents to help us keep our landscaping healthy and efficient. If you notice a broken sprinkler head, leaking irrigation line, excessive pooling of water, or any other irrigation-related issue, please report it to Management as soon as possible. Prompt reporting allows our landscape crew to make repairs quickly, minimizing water waste and preventing damage to plants and common areas. It takes a village, and your extra set of eyes helps keep Centre Court looking its best! PARKING COURTESY REMINDER Assigned parking spaces are an important part of maintaining order and convenience within Centre Court. We kindly ask all residents and guests to park only in their designated or authorized spaces. Vehicle guest parking spaces are limited to 72 consecutive hours. Parking in another resident's assigned space, even temporarily, can create unnecessary frustration and inconvenience for neighbors. Please help us maintain a respectful and considerate community by observing all parking regulations and ensuring guests are aware of parking requirements. UMMER HAS ARRIVED AT CENTRE COURT, BRINGING sunny afternoons, longer evenings, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy our beautiful community.
TRASH AND RECYCLING REMINDERS The Board and Management are working hard to ensure that ACI reliably services Centre Court each week. This said, proper disposal of household waste both helps their efforts, and also keeps our community clean and safe. Please take a moment to ensure that all items are placed in the appropriate containers: • Household garbage belongs in designated trash bins. • Recyclable materials should be placed in recycling containers. • Organic waste should be disposed of in green waste bins where applicable. • Large or bulky items should never be left in or around the trash enclosures and must be scheduled for proper disposal through Alameda County Industries (ACI). Taking a few extra moments to sort items correctly helps prevent contamination, reduces cleanup costs, and keeps our shared facilities functioning properly. REPORT MAINTENANCE CONCERNS PROMPTLY If you observe maintenance concerns in the common area or near your home, please report them to Management at cct@harborbay.org. Early reporting allows issues to be addressed before they become larger and more costly repairs. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, attractive, and welcoming community. BOARD MEETINGS The Centre Court Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Homeowners are welcome to attend in person at the Community Center (3195 Mecartney Road) or remotely via RingCentral. Meeting agendas and information are posted at the mail kiosks and can also be found online at harborbay.org/ calendar. Thank you for continuing to make Centre Court a community where neighbors look out for one another, shared spaces are respected, and pride of ownership shines through. We wish everyone a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing summer season.
