The Bayview Harbor Board meets quarterly on the second Wednesday of the meeting month at 8:30 a.m. via Zoom. Homeowners are encouraged to attend and become involved in the community. Baywood Village by Diana Torres, Association Manager B AYWOOD VILLAGE CONTINUES TO STAY COMMITTED to maintaining and enhancing our community through ongoing maintenance projects, restoration efforts, and resident events. Community updates, project progress, homeowner concerns, and future planning are regularly discussed at the Board of Directors meetings, held on the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Community Center, 3195 Mecartney Road. We encourage homeowners to stay involved, attend meetings when possible, and share feedback that helps make our neighborhood even better. Here are some

SECOND ANNUAL ICE CREAM SOCIAL – POOLSIDE EVENT We are excited to announce that Baywood Village's second annual Ice Cream Social will be held on August 18, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Last year’s event was a wonderful opportunity for neighbors to gather, connect, and enjoy time together, and we look forward to another fun-filled afternoon this summer. Tucker’s Ice Cream will once again be serving up a special poolside ice cream bar featuring a variety of flavors and treats for residents to enjoy. This family-friendly event is designed to bring neighbors together, strengthen our sense of community, and celebrate the summer season. Additional event details and reminders will be shared soon, so please watch for the official event flyer and To help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents, Baywood Village will once again have pool monitors on site from mid-June through the end of October 2026. Pool monitors help ensure community rules are followed, promote safety, and assist in keeping the pool area clean and welcoming for all residents and guests. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in respecting the pool rules and helping keep the facilities clean, safe, and enjoyable throughout the summer season. By working together, we can ensure the pool remains a great amenity for the entire community. SEWER LATERAL PROJECT – PHASE 4 BEGINS IN OCTOBER One of the largest infrastructure projects planned for this year is Phase 4 of the Sewer Lateral Project, scheduled to begin in October 2026. This important project is part of Baywood Village’s ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the community’s sewer system to ensure its long-term reliability and performance. community announcements.
