T HE HARBOR BAY ISLE COMMUNITY CENTER IS NOW open for the Intercultural Committee (IC) to hold monthly meetings. The Intercultural Committee (IC) will meet at the Harbor Bay Community Center for a social gathering - 10:30 AM to 12 noon on the following dates: January 7, February 4, and March 4. Lunar New Year is on February 17th and this is the Year of the Horse in Chinese Zodiac. People born in the horse year are energetic, bold, independent, and desire growth and change.
