There is a $5 fee for an additional card for a family member or for a replacement card if lost. To comply with the bylaws, new friends who wish to become members must reside in the Community of Harbor Bay Isle (CHBI). People born in the Dragon year are confident, innately courageous, tenacious, and intelligent. They are powerful, naturally lucky and gifted. They tend to do all to the best of their ability with high standards.

The cost is $50 for members and $55 for nonmembers. Contact Vivian for reservation and payment arrangement. Please RSVP and remit payment by Wednesday, January 10th. If you prefer making a cash/check payment drop off, please arrange with Vivian to do so. PAST EVENT On September 22, over 50 IC members and their friends gathered for a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration dinner at the Community Center. Scott Wang, board member of Alameda Food Bank, was presented with the $450 check raised from fundraising. Much appreciation to David Yeung, of Forever Young Music, for entertaining us with his songs and to Nora Yee and Raymond Tang for their dessert soup. Special thanks to Han Lang, Tak Lin, and Raymond Tang for picking up the food; So Chang for arranging and cleaning the kitchen cabinets; and to Esther Lin, Anna Fong, and Katherine Yu for their help.
