ARCHITECTURAL APPLICATIONS A quick reminder to homeowners to please submit an architectural application for any exterior enhancements. Review your architectural and landscape guidelines. which can be found online at harborbay.org/departments/ architectural. This includes any landscaping modifications, including the addition of drought resistant plants or artificial turf. The CHBIOA and Seastrand HOA support any exterior modifications to address our drought conditions, but homeowners still need to submit applications and have approval before initiating the work. Please note you can always reach our Associaiton Manager, Diana Torres (SEA@harborbay.org ), for any questions regarding a courtesy letter you may have received.
